So uni started again, and I'm classmates again with Kevin and Tania, my fitfam squad. Since I adjusted my workout routine, every Wednesday end up to be my leg day.
And for this week, I grabbed my camera again. Yes, the ever so lovely and cute Canon EOS M. It was starting to gather dust. Feels good to get away from the smartphone quality photos and capture great imagery again.
“Don't count the days, make the day count.”
From squats to dead lifts, every set is a challenge. I don't back down from a challenge, and look where I am now, 6 months in the gym. I never imagined myself being this committed to a fit lifestyle as I am always in front of the computer burning my time away.
Leg days are special. There's a love-hate relationship with it. I like it because I feel like a beast for every rep I perform, and I hate it because you feel sore for at least two days. But the best part is, there's always dem gainz.
As long as I'm with my squad, nothing is impossible. I'll be able to reach my goals in time. No rush, just taking it one day at a time. As they say in Twitch-speak: FeelsGoodMan.
